At Binged Shop our returns approach is built around getting it right: if something arrives damaged or not as described, we fix it. This page explains what we cover, your statutory rights, and how to reach us.

1. Defects and misprints — 30-day guarantee

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, a print or color error, or is damaged in transit, you are covered for 30 days from delivery. Our suppliers stand behind product quality on these issues, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no extra cost to you.

This covers problems like the wrong item or size received, damage in transit, missing pieces, or a defect present out of the package (e.g. broken hardware, faulty stitching, or an item that doesn't match its description).

2. Change-of-mind and buyer's-choice returns

Because each item is produced specifically for your order and is not restocked, we cannot offer automatic returns for change of mind, a wrong size you selected, or simply not wanting the item. These requests are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If you have an issue that is not a defect, contact us anyway and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

3. EU and UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in addition to the defect coverage above. To exercise it, tell us clearly within the 14-day window and return the item in its original condition; we will refund you, including standard delivery costs, as required by law.

Please note that this right can be limited for goods that are clearly personalized or custom-made to your specification. Where it applies, your statutory rights are not affected by anything else in this policy.

4. How to start a claim

To start a claim or return request, email us at info@binged.shop with:

  • your order number (from your confirmation email);
  • a short description of the problem;
  • clear photos of the item and, for defects or misprints, the print issue and the shipping label or packaging.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. Photos help us resolve defect and misprint claims quickly and, where needed, process them with our fulfillment partner without you having to ship anything back.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If a replacement is preferred, we will produce and ship a new item at no cost to you.

6. Order cancellations and address changes

Because production starts soon after you order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production. If you need to correct an address or cancel, contact info@binged.shop as quickly as possible and we will help if the order has not yet been produced.
