Every Binged Shop order ships from our supplier's warehouse, so total delivery time is a short processing window plus carrier transit time. Here is exactly how long each step takes and what to expect, with no inflated promises.
1. Processing time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. This processing time is separate from, and comes before, the shipping transit time below. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery estimates by region
Once your order leaves production, carrier transit typically takes:
- United States — about 7–20 days in transit (faster for items in US warehouses; quicker carriers offered at checkout).
- Canada — about 10–23 days in transit.
- United Kingdom and Europe — about 10–23 days in transit (faster for items in EU warehouses).
- Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world — about 12–30 days in transit.
To estimate when your order will arrive, add processing time (1–3 business days) to the transit estimate for your region. The exact rate and estimate for your address are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons can extend them.
3. Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart, and the final cost is shown before you pay. Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping to eligible destinations, applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking
We use tracked shipping wherever it is available. When your order ships, we email a tracking link — sent to the address on your order — so you can follow it to your door. You can also reach your order status through the private link in your confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for a while, contact us at info@binged.shop and we will investigate.
5. If we cannot ship on time
We take shipping timelines seriously. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at purchase (or within 30 days where no time was stated), we will notify you of the delay and offer you the choice to keep waiting or to cancel for a full refund. This reflects our commitment under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and we will not sit on a delayed order without telling you.
6. International orders, customs, and duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing can also add time beyond the transit estimates above. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct, since carriers may need them for clearance.
7. Wrong address, failed delivery, and lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the fulfillment center because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the cost is covered. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or it appears lost in transit, contact us at info@binged.shop and we will help resolve it with the carrier and fulfillment partner.
